Our Mint & Chocolate Brownie Baking Kit comes with ready-made brownie mix and Poppets. All you need to add is eggs, butter and milk. Whether you are pro in the kitchen or a first-time baker, our kits make it easier than ever to whip up delicious, bakery style brownies from scratch.

Directions for use:
Before first use, clean baking tin with soap and water then rinse and dry. Hand wash only, not suitable for dishwasher.
You will require 220g brownie mix (included), 2 eggs, 66g butter, 55ml milk and 40g poppets (included).
Preheat the oven to 170°C/ fan 150°C/ gas mark 3 (not suitable for microwave use)
- Melt the butter and pour into a bowl with the eggs and milk.
- Add the brownie mix.
- Mix vigorously with a hand whisk (or electrical mixer) until obtaining a smooth dough.
- Grease the baking tin provided and line with baking paper.
- Pour the dough into the baking tin.
- Put the baking tin into pre-heated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
- Take out the baking tin, add the poppets on top of the brownie and continue to bake for a further 2 minutes.
- Leave to cool and enjoy!
Ingredients
Brownie Mix 220g: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder (Raising Agents (E500ii, E450i, E575, E34i) Corn Starch), Salt.
Mint Poppets 40g: Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fats (Sal, Palm, Shea), Cocoa butter, Glazing Agents (Shellac, Dextrinised Starch), Coconut Oil, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Invertase, Peppermint Oil, Flavouring.

May contain traces of MILK.
Dark chocolate contains: vegetable fat in addition to cocoa butter, cocoa solids 44% minimum.
